Hc45 Hydrocortisone Cream contains 1% w/w hydrocortisone acetate, an ingredient that works by changing how your body reacts to irritants (which can aggravate eczema and dermatitis) and insect bites. This reduces inflammation in the skin, which helps to reduce symptoms like redness, itching and swelling.
